Brookfield Lacrosse Club Commitment Letter - Spring 2010

The success of Brookfield Lacrosse rests with the Club's philosophy on commitment to the program. In order to promote the growth of the sport in our town, the Brookfield Lacrosse Club (BLC) will enact a commitment policy effective for the 2010 season. At the time of registration parents will be asked to review the policy and support the policy by acknowledging this document. This policy applies to lightning, junior and senior levels only.

I agree and acknowledge that participation by my son/daughter in the BLC Youth program will require commitment and dedication. Lacrosse is a team sport and the absence of a player affects the team; players are expected to be at all practices and games. Missed games or practices can result in less game time at the discretion of the head coach.
